The staff are all snubs, if not lackluster. I know it’s not a 5-star hotel so hospitality is not at its premium but their attitudes are nowhere near welcoming.

Good
Thr location was great. Walking distance to metro and the main attractions in Marina Bay.
The bathroom is run down and not cleaned daily. They need to clean the bathrooms more thoroughly and daily. Can't really complain much for the price I paid. Singapore is a very expensive country and I was on a budget. So this hostel is not that bad considering what I paid. I recommend getting private room, than getting the pods. Stayed in private room for 2 nights and in a queen capsule pod for one night. Will not stay again if I ever visit Singapore again. Do consider this hoste If you are on a strict budget like I was. But if you are willing to spend atlease $150 or more a night in hotels, do consider 2 to 3 star hotels.

What was the highlight of Circular House
Overall an okay stay for what I needed.
The process of booking was easy and I had good communication with them. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and clean. I was originally worried about the level of airflow into the sleeping 'cell' but it turned out just right. It was also pretty soundproof and other guests adhered to the quiet time rules. There was plenty of room to keep my luggage in my own locker.
The shared corridor in the room looked and smelled like that of teenager's bedroom. Clothes including other guests underwear was lying around poor ventilation means the air is musky from everyone's shoes being out and guests trying to dry their towels. The washroom facilities were dirty, I'm not talking from just a long day of use, it clearly has not been deep cleaned in months. long term grime on the floor, doors and shower tiles are totally unnecessary, the basins are not cleaned regularly either.
